I’m Er.Shakir Khan, a professional civil engineering consultant with a passion for turning ideas into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces. With years of experience in the construction and design industry, I have successfully delivered a wide range of projects — from residential bungalows to large-scale colonies and commercial interiors. Through my venture Mumtaz Associates, I provide complete consultancy solutions including architectural design, structural planning, interior designing, and township consultancy. My focus is always on combining client vision with technical excellence. Additionally, under the Mumtaz Infra umbrella, I also lead two reputed construction firms – Universal Construction and Rahat Buildcon – both known for delivering quality domestic, industrial, and residential projects on with-material and labour-rate basis.
